The sign-up sheet, without the ads
SignUpCity · Product · built for people who run the office
Free, ad-free sign-up sheets, scheduling polls, and event pages. Nobody who signs up needs an account, and nothing gets paywalled later.
Entry № 000 · The operator
Every office has one: the sign-up sheet taped to the kitchen door, retyped into a spreadsheet anyone can edit, then argued over in a group text. Nine years as an executive assistant taught me where those live and which ones are load-bearing. The six case files below are what I built to replace them, up to a hospital float pool that ran on one piece of paper.
Currently an executive assistant at a Denver hospital, open to what’s next.

SignUpCity · Product · built for people who run the office
Free, ad-free sign-up sheets, scheduling polls, and event pages. Nobody who signs up needs an account, and nothing gets paywalled later.
Float Pool Scheduler · National Jewish Health
A hospital float pool scheduled on one sheet of paper, then one shared spreadsheet. I built a mobile scheduler worked from a text-message link: no logins, no app, and the spreadsheet kept as the source of truth.
303.show · Public resource, self-directed
Fourteen sources of Denver concert listings, collected and merged every morning by an engine on a box in my house, and published unattended as one listing with real ticket links.
StoneQR · Free tool · open source
Static QR codes made in the browser: nothing uploaded, true vectors at print size, and every code decoded back before it can be downloaded. Nothing to expire after it is printed on five hundred menus.
Monsoon.fyi · Product build
Month-by-month scores for more than a hundred cities on weather, air, safety, season, events, and cost, over an evidence store where every dollar has a source, a date, and a confidence.
FairDraw · Public tool, self-directed
A giveaway anyone can verify: the entrant list sealed into a link, a future Bitcoin block picks the winner, and three lines of Python check the result.

“Jack of all trades” is usually a dig. In operations it’s the whole job: the same week can demand a process map, a pivot table, a difficult phone call, and a working deploy. That’s the week I’m built for.
