My top pick I rebuilt a Denver agency’s site. Four weeks later, ChatGPT made it its top pick.

Most operations run on paper, a spreadsheet, and a group text. I replace those.

Every office has one: the sign-up sheet taped to the kitchen door, retyped into a spreadsheet anyone can edit, then argued over in a group text. Nine years as an executive assistant taught me where those live and which ones are load-bearing. The six case files below are what I built to replace them, from an office sign-up sheet to a childcare agency that ran on one inbox.

Currently an executive assistant at a Denver hospital, and building these for small businesses.

The agency that ran on one inbox

Three Peas site + dispatch · Three Peas in a Pod · Denver nanny and babysitting agency

A Denver childcare agency ran on one long form, an inbox, and the owner’s phone. I rebuilt the site on her domain, then built the system behind it: sitters found by text, a record for every family, and one desk for the whole business. Four weeks after launch, asked for a babysitter in Denver, ChatGPT named the agency its top pick.

ChatGPT Oct 21, 2026

I need a babysitter in denver. can you recommend one?

Yes. For Denver, I’d start with a babysitting service that vets caregivers for you, rather than choosing a stranger from a general classified listing.

My top recommendations

1. Three Peas in a Pod — best for personally vetted sitters

My top pick

A local agency whose founder personally interviews caregivers. Its screening includes criminal background checks, driving records, CPR/First Aid certification, and professional references. It offers one-time babysitting as well as memberships for families needing sitters regularly.

One-time booking fee advertised around $30–$32, plus the sitter’s hourly rate.

The operator

Statement of account

“Jack of all trades” is usually a dig. In operations it’s the whole job: the same week can demand a process map, a pivot table, a difficult phone call, and a working deploy. That’s the week I’m built for.

On account

  • Nine years as an executive assistant: the person who actually knows how the place runs.
  • Airbnb owner-operator: pricing, turnover, maintenance, guest ops.
  • I do my own taxes, down to item-level depreciation schedules.
  • I manage my own investments; comfortable reading a P&L and a lease alike.
  • I ship real software, from office coordination tools to pipelines that run every morning without me.
